Gasoline is way cheaper than IPA in the USA. And that's cheaper than drinking etoh.
IPA isn’t going to burn. You need a much higher proof for that.

A double ipa maybe? That'll get me near 20 proof. A trippel approaches 30 proof but I've only had Belgians in that configuration i think.
